Leaving Harbour Crew Mod

Ahoy shipmates, I had an idea for a mod but have absolutely no idea how to do it so I thought I would throw it in the air for the experts to consider:-

How about a mod where the crew are stood on the casing when the boat is entering or leaving harbour just as they did in the day:-

You also will need to tie a broom to the radio mast on returning. This mod would be interesting in heavy seas, for those who like to use the deck gun in 15m/s winds. Perhaps you could combine it with Rubini's life boat mod.
