Have a look in the files and choose your preferred set. ;)

Thanks Lutzow for your work on these,I enabled set 4 via JSGME and they didnt show up,or do you load all 3 sets,or am i doing something completely wrong?

Dear Mainexpress - alarmed by Your post i downloaded this mod from
my FF page.

Only ONE set can be enabled at once!
If You enable set 4 then set 5 and finally set 6 - they will overwrite and You receive only faces from set 6 !

Correct path of files in Set 4 after unpacking rar archive, looks like this:

Lutzow's Officers - SET4/data/Menu/Data/ofaces ...and in folder "ofaces"
lies 25 tga pictures. Correct?

Take folder ''Luzow's Officers - SET4'' and cut/paste him into Your MODS folder. Then start JSGME and enable SET 4. Should be in right window.
RESULT :

Mod was tested by me very hard. There is no alpha channels on those
small portraits.
Hmm - Mainexpress - if You made all as i signed above and You still not
have new officers on crew mangement screen, then i don't know how
to help You.
I don't know everything about making pictures...:dead: :-?

Does anybody confirming troubles of Mainexpress? Please help:ping:

If you want to use all six sets (seven with Das Boot faces) you can do this via SH3CMDR. Check the readers guide (readme) for details on how to do it.

It changes all damage control screen - also officers icons :
