Problem to find the SH3 Commander

I visited the Jonesoft website and i don't find the SH3 Commander, where is it?

Thanks for the help, however, SH3 Commander bring the mod that allow you to ressuply in open ocean with reasonable resupply time (not a week like the GWX without SH3 Commander)?

My signature is inspired in my capacity to go directly to problems with DD's :rotfl:.

Also, I think SH3 corrects the time spent docked with supply boats. Or maybe you have to manually set the 'time in port' setting in SH3, not sure. (Never actually docked with a supply boat/milkcow...)
