Looking for this Mod

Hello

DL mod last week now can not find it...This mod is a change to the Subs shin and best of all...it lowers the sub in the water a little to make it more accurate...

Does anyone remebber where this was...I'm sure I DL it from subsim...I looked in the all mods list and couldn't find it...
