[REL]Torpedo Tube Fire Final.

In this final version I have improved the timing of the voices to coincide more closely with the opening of the torpedo tube doors and the firing of the torpedo, I have also increased the clarity of the sound.

If you are running GW's mods there may be a conflict with your "Torpedo in the water" or "Eel is im Wasser" sound so I have included a file in the Cfg folder that will elliminate this.

Install using JJGME.

I've been using the old one with no problems, and really like it. I'll try this one too.

I've already removed the "Aal is im vasser" from the Das Boot Sound Mod, so that's no problem for me.
