Radio Station Manager issue

I have all of fred's radio stations downloaded, programmed and working under the Radio/Sound folder. I have a mod called Rel_SH$_Trans-Atlantic Radio. It has BBC broadcasts/music and German/broadcasts and music in its radio file. What do I do with this? How does it fit into the radio fior the Wolves of the Pacific? I have not idea if these can be played by the pacific boats' radio or how to program it with these recordings. I do not believe that Fred's radio station post deals with this issue. I would like to hear the BBC broadcasts on the Wolves of the Pacific boat.

Here is my radio ini. However, I noticed when I opened radio station manager, information is displayed for the channels I receive on the upper half of the display and the lower half of the display.

Information on the channels I do not receive is displayed on the upper half but nothing is displayed in the bottom half. Therein must lay the problem. Those channels include KPO, KNX and KHJ and Saigon. All of these stations except Saigon have folders by year.

In the Washington folder I have an events folder and a Washington folder that has music. Is that correct because I never hear any music.

This might be the problem here:

Look at the Freq= for both. CBS NEWS is in the wrong place. Stations have to be in order by frequency. You have to move CBS NEWS to it's proper place in line. However, you're going to have another problem then. NHK is at 128, and frequencies for different stations should be about 10 numbers apart. If you want to keep CBS NEWS at 130, move it to below NHK, then move NHK to the end, and change its frequency to 165 or more. Try this and then see what's working now and what ain't.
