Clicking on the Desk Picture

I've had a little fun and put a picture of myself and my daughter together in Eaton, England on my desk.

I noticed before though that the picture you could click on it when it highlighted. But; nothing ever happens when you click on it.

Why is it designed to click on if it doesn't do anything?

Can I prepare (picture.tga, picture2.tga, picture3.tga) and have it cycle through the pictures or something?

Just trying to figure out why you can click on the desk photo but it doesn't do anything.

It doesn't do anything in the stock game, but the TMO mod will bring up your rank when you click on it.
