Two Questions

I know this has been answered, but I can't find the answers.
1) How fast can a sub go and still open its torpedo doors? Flank? Full? etc.?
2) How fast can a sub go and still use its snorkel; and in what sea state (modeled in SHIII as wind speed in meters per second)? :hmm:

In WWII conditions:

1) Submerged...AFAIK Full ahead 8/9 knots.

2) 5 Knots max.....vibration occurs at anything higher.
