is it possible for somebody to model a type VIIA in sh3??? basically to do it i guess one could use the hull from the type VIIB but modify the conning tower so that instead of at the rear where it turns inward like \ it runs outward like /

viia looks almost like viib........ except the conning tower which differs a little.
Surface ship---->1 deck gun and 2 mini flak same as VIIB
VIIB is faster and has more agility because it has 2 rudders, crush depth might be deeper.
Unless you are someone who wants to challenge the impossible:D
I doubt you will like it
Now if you want to have a modification on the conning tower, there is alot of mod for that. I think in the visual/mod there is a bunch of modder working on it.

no the VIIA does not like quite the same ;)
the VIIA had an EXTERNAL Stern Tube, while the VIIB had an internal Tube that could be reloaded at sea, what was not possible in a VIIA

This is a VIIA, you might see the huge difference between VIIA and VIIB;)

well, I would think you could do it by modding a type VIIB to have a single torpedo in the stern tube. Then just use a simple 3D editor to drag the bottom point of the tower back to lok more like a VIIC's, but we can't use the VIIC turm because it looks too modern to use.
