Is there a reason nobody uses the "description" area in Filefront uploads?

Usually, when I follow a link to Filefront, I am presented a modder's entire directory...and have no real idea which file listed is the one I was looking for when I clicked the link. Sometimes they are intuitively named, and are easy to find. I have, however, been presented with numbered files which in no way indicate what they are.

I'd like to request that a small "description" be included, for each file. "The VIIC Arctic Prowler skin, without ice on the boat", as an example. I see a "description" area, on each Filefront upload, but it's always blank.

Or, is there something I don't understand about Fliefront?

OK...apparently that's a "non-starter"...never mind.

I have descriptions in my FF downloads. But there is a readme file attached to the zip files so you can get a better detail.

Most people put descriptions of their mods in posts when they reveal them to everyone. Then they just leave a download link at the bottom of the post.
