Hey guys!
I was thinking about picking the game up again today. I plan to (re)install it tomorrow (maybe I'll even do it now), since I'll have some free time. (BTW, Happy Thanksgiving everyone!) It seems whenever I decide to pick the game up again it doesn't last for long anyway, but oh well. :-?
This time I am going to try something different though, something I have never dared before. I am going to try driving a Los Angeles class sub. Since I started playing nuke subsims with SC I have always favored the Russian subs and I am really good with them. SUBROCs just make this game so easy for me.
But the 688i? I don't know a thing about it. It looks to me like it is outdated, under-powered and under-armed. Only four tubes? What good are 16 VLS tubes? And what's with those waterfall displays? What sense does that make anyway? :nope:
And no, I will not drive a Seawolf. The interface is too.. you know. And it's just too easy to drive.
Anyway, It's nice to see you all again! I'm off to look up some information on this new boat. Wish me luck... :)
