Oil slicks and flaming oil slicks are both possible when using it.:arrgh!:

It is still there!! Have a look on LSH 3.3 Mod. There you get several Destroyers who cover you (the german ones against air raids) or their convois.

I personally don't find GWX's EDF heavy on the machine. I always have used it, even in my last computer, that sucked by the way, and it ran fine. What I meant is that a lot of smoke is FPS killer in sh3, and what I meant was "THAT (the smoke in the picture) is a huge FPS killer."

I can say:

GWX Enchanced damage effects IS the FPS killer (especially on slower machines). So what ?
thats why it is optional :)

The more effects the less FPS. It's always been like that :)

I am sorry, but you can lock on ships behind the smoke wall. It is a limitatation of SH3, i belive, but it adds a lot of atmosphere to the game. :up:

But I have a feeling that, combined with the night reflectors(possible situation, no?) would tear any house down? No?

p.s. and p.m. that remains the plague for me, 5+ reflectors kill my fps badly, even smoke is gentle compared to that, don't know why..
