I post it here to have feedback
Here's the Readme
Scenario name: Rising Tide
File name : South East Asia crisis Nations: Russia, Britain, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore
Location: South East Asia, NE of Singapore island.
Known naval assets(order of battle): Victor III(playable) SSN, November class SSN, Type 209 SSK, Sjoormen SSK, Ahmad Yani(ex Leander) frigate, Kasturi frigate, Yarrow frigate
Weather: Stormy
Time: Night
Playable platform: Victor III
Requirement: Reinforce Alert Add-on DWX OpFor pack ver 1.01.
The scenario may take a few hours easily. To be enjoyed in long relaxing evening with a cup of coffee or beer or with a book company in between watch ;-)
Save the scenario if you haven't finished and continue at your leisure.
You're welcome to send me you feedback, bugs reporting or suggestions. PM me at www.subsim.com (http://www.subsim.com), Dangerous Waters forum
Subsim nick: Castout
Caution: Haven't been fully tested but it should be okay.
The Ahmad Yani class should have been equipped with 8 Harpoon missiles which is not modeled in game so God knows which side will survive the encounter in surface to surface engagement between the Indonesian and Malaysian.
The TPK of the Sjoormen is 10. See the TPK and frequencies value of the Sjoormen in the manual table provided by RA release(RA_Sonar_profiles) if necessary. Note that Sjoormen is not yet listed in the USNI reference so you may not be able to classify it correctly as the Sjoormen in 3D view. Just list it as hostile sub if you detect it in the sonar station.
Update:
I've made the necessary changes to avoid having AI subs hitting the bottom.
I've also added more information on the suspected initial rough bearing and course of enemy surface groups well as information on friendly surface combatants course and initial rough bearing.
Note that any damage to system will not disable the system but merely makes them less efficient(Thanks to Molon Labe who explained that).
Sequel possibility
I'm planning to make a sequel if you like this one, the sequel will be called
Rising Tight featuring the Vatican Navy. ;-).
Feedback and bugs reporting are welcome. Tell me what you think of this scenario or even suggesting improvement. This is my very first try at the mission editor. If it shows forgive me ;).
Ooops forgot to give the necessary sound files
