In the German ubi forum, JoTheising, has released his first version of a shark unit.

In case, you may have questions for him, I'll pass them on to him, or ask there, and I'll translate, when I have the time, unless someone else does it, "oder ihr Deutsch sprechen könnt"... ;)

LOL. What country is it set for? Be funny to give it a "gun" with no effects or sounds, but enough damage to take out survivors/lifeboats :D

Well in the video, it was set as American unit. It's of course supposed to be Environmental, but in that case, you cannot see it in the museum.

Yeah, you can now script some traffic of sharks around some survivors/lifeboats :arrgh!:

Well, I will await Jo before anything more is done. I just made the post in a German forum too.

Very nice but don't script those sharks close to were japanese fishing boats are scripted....you know, they love the shark-finn soup :har:

Just one suggestion, get rid of that farking mickey mouse eye! :har: Just paint it black, most sharks have 99% black eyes.

Great stuff! Love it! The wikipaedia map shows their distribution being much wider, indcluding the coasts of the 4 main Japanese home islands.

When are the "hammerhead", "tiger", "wobbegong" and "nurse" mods coming out?

How about the "feeding frenzy" shark school mod? Might be tough with the 300 meter limit.

That is the choice/option of a campaign builder.

The unit is set as type 104 = costal vessel, but as environmental

The icebergs are set as type 107 = rare tanker, equally as environmental

So unless a campaign has scripted these units or made them randomly spawn by adding these unit type, you'll not see them.

But in the documentation folder, I have added some jpg's of both different shark types but also some charts of where sharks live, and that indeed is in tropical shore regions.
