Proper order to install these mods

Hello,
I am anxious to start again Sh3, this time at 100% reality and I want to install some mods along GWX 2.1.
These are my mods:

I use quite a few of the mods in your list. This is the order I use, which works fine for me:

What is the proper order?

GWX 2.1 Warning Orders should be enabled in SH3 Commander rather than regular SH3.
They can both be enabled at any time but if you receive the JSGME warning that they have been overwritten you need to disable the over writing mod then enable them afterwards.
They each contain only one file so any overwriting means that you will effectively lose the mod.
