hey guys, i can see activity on this fora is zilch...

but i am working on a campaign based on a book i am writing, being 17, i haven't got much done, but it will be an interesting book.

and an interesting campaign...unfortunately, when i am supposed to click "campaign mission" when i select my square, that, and all of the other campaign options aren't there...

help?

yes, it will be clearer...

okay, in the mission editor, when you right-click the square where your mission will take place, it has, i suppose 2 boxes. where you can tick "campaign mission"
and "single mission"
"campaign mission" is missing.
as well as some of the other things that are involved in making a campaign...i cant remember them, because i have been modding sh4 for the last few days.

That seems odd that they are missing. What I would do is re-install the game and download the latest revision of it and see if that fixes the problem.

Indeed in Sub Command there is no box to make a campaign in the mission editor. That function only exists in Dangerous Water's editor. HOWEVER, you can still make a campaign in Sub Command, just it's a little more complicated. Here's a link to a tutorial on how to do it from www.subguru.com (http://www.subguru.com):

Also, check out that site. There's a LOT of interesting tutorials and missions there that you can study and learn how to really spruce up your missions.

Actually the SC mission editor DOES have a 'create campaign mission' function, so the above advie about re-installing is probably the best way to go.

My version doesn't have the "Create Campaign" option in it at all, at least not that I can find and it's the same on my laptop and desktop. I'm using the one with the Naval Combat Pack. Maybe there's a difference ? I reinstalled and still no option.
