Blue Night navmap mod?

Looking for this and forgot where I found it the first time. Did a search, no luck. I remember I was d/l some mod off of here to filefront and found this on his page. Works great w/GWX 2.1 nice and cool on the eyes. The red mod works good but IMO blue is better. Can anyone help find this and maybe get it on the mods page?
