Have you tryed downloaded thompsen sound pack that has all the sounds in it and its realy good

Anvart's head fix is included with this mod: http://files.filefront.com/Fubars+crew+skins4rar/;9108407;/fileinfo.html. It's JSGME compatible & seems to work fine with GWX (if you have that installed) too.
