View Full Version : (TEC) Help for old Kaleun! (GWX2.1+mods)
It seems that I lost my mojo with SH3 after vacation.
I want to start a new GWX career but with another mod-setup.
Can you guys help me to make this modlist work. It doesn't work like this! The loading bar never finishes the last few inches!:x The mods in the list are all up to date. I guess=!:hmm:
I would really love if you guys could help me making this list in the Activated mods section work!

The only way I can think of making them all work is to find the one that is screwing up the game. That is: deactivate all mods and add them one at a time until you have identified the problem. I estimate this to be a 24 beer task.
Before you do this, however try removing the movie files, including the first ones from the ubisoft\SilentHunterIII\data\movies. My game won't load if I have these files in.
Also, some people have experienced this problem with the full K-codex pack, and removing it has solved the program. :hmm:

I had some trouble with the Holtenau/Bruensbuettel Schleusen in the beginning. I have "Schleuse_Brunsbuettel_MOD_V.1.0" and "Schleuse_Holtenau_MOD_V.1.0" enabled first and then the "GWX_2.1_Location_Schleusen". This way it works for me.

This might help:
Looks like you didn't install "interior diving angles" correctly. From memory, if you use the open hatch version you have to install the "GWX - Open Hatch" mod first, then install the interior diving angles over the top of it.

Howcome you only have Thomsen's sound pack v3.2?
The 3.2 version is only an update, that won't work without the main V3. Same for v3.1

OLC: "DD_all_types_OH_v2" Is diving Ducks Open Hatch Mod! The one he released a while after gwx2.1.:doh:;)
Phil: It is the complete mod, I just renamed the folder to keep track of the updates!:hmm:

The first thing I notice is that there's no structure in the mods layout, its organised alphabetically instead of mod type. You have mods that overwrite others so unless you add the modified conflicting files at the end, you will get errors.

Exactly. Some other mod loaded after (lower on the list) has overwritten something the grey'd out mod uses so it cannot be removed until the conflicting mod has already been removed.
Loo peps! After i spent the whole of sunday tinkering with the Game it finally works well!!:rock:
Some of it is still a mystery to me!
It turned out that the culprit was the "Community-Units!" :-? It worked well in my last setup-
Bugger if i know why!

do not activate "location for holtenau..." if you have not installed the holtenau lock....
