No one uses Mini Tweaker any more. What you want is S3D (do a search for threads started by skwasjer).

Good!

You'll find S3D to be a very powerful and useful editing program.

Hey!!! Cappy lives. You have no idea how much you are missed. We've kept your Admin seat warm for you at BtS, and there's beer in the fridge.

No offense to Timetraveler, but S3D is so much easier to use, not only for SH3/SH4, but many other games. I used Mini Tweaker mainly for Wakes and Light Bulb mods, but once I used S3D, Mini Tweaker is much more difficult to use.

with mini tweaker you can only change something that there is a tweak file for so if there is no tweak file already written for a value then you cant change it (unless you want to try writting your own tweak file) but with silent 3ditor you dont use tweak files and every file can be opened and modded not just the few that have tweak files.

it takes a little getting used to at first but you will love it once you start using it.

MiniTweaker was fine for its day, but S3D is far, far, far more easier to use and has far more functionality. There is nothing MiniTweaker does that S3D can't do, and it does that in a much easier interface as well. It's kind of like the difference between the telegraph and the telephone - sure, one can communicate with either device, but the telephone obviously is much easier to use.
