Radio Stations

I copied the info for the radio.ini from KPO radio station over into the radio.ini file in SH4 and when I choose the radio station in the game, I don't hear anything. What am I doing wrong? I even got it 10 frequencies from the CBS radio station 30.

Welcome to the forums,ConcreteMan1968.As for the music ,they have to be DLed seperately(1940s music files).Regretabely the links for those files has been broken:nope:.Sorry.

I have the complete file downloaded from File Front. I guess I must be doing something wrong copying the radio station info to my radio.ini file. Maybe I will figure it out. Yeah and the files are separated according to the year (1941, 1942, ...). Could it have something to do with the date line bug in SH4?

First, use Radio Station Manager before starting a patrol. It will spot any issues that may arise in an ini file ahead of time, and keep events from repeating.

Second- what folder are you installing the music files too?

Third, the music being separated by date is because Fred wanted end users to have the ability to only have music available the year it came out. So if you install them as time goes by you aren't listening to music in 41 that was released in 45. No easy way to control that in game.

With that in mind, I also downloaded the 1930's music because radio stations would play some of the older stuff, just like they do now.
