[REL]Improved Sonar Ping

I have improved my TheRealPing Sonar sound Mod.
I think it now has better sound quality and realism.
It is still also available in the sound mods at http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=141242

I have also introduced a new TheRealPingII Sonar sound.
I think this sounds good when the DD's are hunting for you!
