How do I go about editing shell damages for deck guns and anti-air guns?

go to the silent 3ditor thread, it tells you how to use it and thats all you need to know. after that its just figuring out which files you need to change and to do that just find a mod that has done the same thing (or something close to it) then open the mod files up and compare them to the stock versions of the game file. this will show you what was changed and also by how much the numbers have been changed and give you an idea how much the numbers "need" to be changed. then try out your own numbers to get it the way you like it.
