I have SH3 loaded along with patch 1.4b and GWX 2.0, do I have to unistall SH3 and reinstall everything upto GWX 2.0 in order to update to GWX 2.1.

Nope.
Just install it over the top.
Make sure any other mods you have are uninstalled first.
And if you use SH3C, make sure you rollback.
The rest is in the GWX 2.1 installation instructions, IIRC.


That said, if you want to be really certain that everything will go right, you can't beat a fresh install.

I can't argue with OLC, but the GWX guys do recommend it, especially if you've played patrols in 2.0. It's always a good idea anyway.:sunny:
