torpedo speed problem : can't get 2 speeds for mark VIII british

I'm having a rather curious problem : I modded the british mark VIII** torpedo over the rarely used US mk 16 at first, but could'nt get it to run 2 speeds even when I changed it in the .sim, so at a loss I tried to change the model to a mk10, got a CTD :damn:

I then changed completely and gave the Mark VIII statistics including the twin speeds to the MK 10, it appears in game but only has one selectable speed !:damn:

It's been so long since I did my IJN torpedo mod, I don't know what's wrong here, help !

the first speed was set at the fastest, thus the second wasn't taken into account by the game... DUH !!!

it has to be 0 = slow 1 = fast
