Thats interesting because I run 1.5 and it works for me. I also run the smaller plants mod too. What happens when you try to run it?

I looked at it when you first posted this. I found that TM for 1.5 has the small rocks included, didn't check plants. Maybe you could try the undersea.dat from TM.
