I joined this site to download some of the mods a while back but haven't had a chance to actually try them out. Right now I've got "Run Silent Run deep Campaign" "Pacific Environments 3.3" the "ROW Sound Effect 9" and some miscellaneous interior mods running. They're really an improvement over the stock game, sort of ike the Ultimate Universe mod for "Star Trek Legacy", makes the game far more enjoyable. Earlier today I was messing with the external camera, which I rarely used when I noticed this while diving

I honestly think it happened because the game minimized when windows popped something up just as I hit battle stations and periscope depth, but it's pretty funny if nothing else :p All the gun stations were blanked out underwater like they should be, just the guys holding their breath and hanging on for dear life...that's dedication.:rotfl:

WELCOME ABOARD!:sunny:

Task Force is correct - this is a stock game bug that goes back to SH3 as well.

Thanks for the replies everyone, I'm relieved to know it's something that's happened to other people and not my computer giving me the finger again

It's there, just hidden in the back behind the End User License Agreement where you sign over the rights to your soul to Microsoft in exchange for Windows Updates
