Ducimus lists RSRDC_AuxGB_Fix as the last file to load following TMO, RSRD for TM etc, but where is the file located for download? I don't see it on his Filefront site?

Kaleun - thanks got it. I thought it might be a patch to retain the German sub inclusion. I do understand that RSRD and TMO are mods for the US Pacific campaign, but now with v1.5, TMO for v 1.5 and with RSRD for v 1.5 installed, I'm suddenly missing the German section - there's only a series of dots on the main menu where there once was an option to choose the German Pacific campaign. Am going to back out of RSRD (with JSGME) try TMO and if it's gone there, go back to stock v1.5 where it once was and where I tested it after upgrading to v1.5. Strange, or maybe not if it's something I've done or is a common problem. When I look at the campaign files in RSRD there is nothing there for the German campaign.

To play the german side - ducimus has posted an "expanded support" file called "TMO_EnableUboat_ver3", on his page for u-boats. The German version of RSRDC by Lurker is his fine work called Operation Monsun and can be found in the following forum sub-topic: http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/forumdisplay.php?f=234

Thanks. A question I have is does this (or in fact does the BDU Op Monsun (sp?)) allow the remainder of the v1.5 SH4, TMO and RSRD Pacific Theater operations to proceed after they have been installed? It is unclear from any of the documentation included whether or not one ends up with one or the other, but not both working from the same primary install. I'd rather not have to install two versions. I think you know what I mean.

There is a problem with the TMO_Enable_Uboat_Ver3 file. If you load it you cannot get away from the German missions, patrols etc. even if you uninstall it along with all RSRD and TMO files, and I don't know where to go to edit out the files it installs. Also it prevents you from doing any US campaigns etc. So, one does need to have two installs - one for the US Pacific Theater or one for the German Asiatic Theater - you can't have both with one install.
Now I'm not sure how to proceed to get back to a functional SH4 v1.5, TMO and RSRD. Not a happy camper...but maybe I did something wrong although I used the JSGME throughout.

even in your "my documents" games folder

then do a simple install, just to v1.5

get multi sh4, follow instructions and make two installs, one for pac boats and one for atlantic

do not try to run both in a single install

you can leave a third for try out of mods like the PT boats and the like

(I have 4 diff playing installs and one for restores)

and when the climb mount nithaka is posted... a fifth...

cgjimeneza; I have done that with SH3 and with Combat Flight Sim for different theaters of operation, but the implication here was that one could run both the Pacific theater and the Uboat Eastern theater from the same install. Obviously that's not correct. And I do always have one 'clean' install for testing and for cannabilizing small bits.
