Hi,
After getting reacquainted with the game by doing so single missions I wanted to start a fresh campaign for the first time in many months.
I setup my Capt. name,
changed the year to 1942 (btw. the year didn't matter),
location is Asiatic fleet
selected a S-class sub (yes I like them too):p
Loaded the game, changed some crew and difficulty settings.
Went to my mission briefing, then a weird thing happend...
After loading when the CO says "All stop" I get a "Can not comply" message right after. (for the record: tried it out of port as well)
Going to 2/3 or any other speed gives me the same "Can not comply" message..
This made me :hmm: and did some testing.
Loading the game as set (That means without changing any setting :know: ) the game fired up normally. Changing the Nickname didn't initiate it either, nor did changing the fleet location nor the crew setup. Neither did the difficulty settings.
Couple of hours later....:o (just kidding... it was more like 30min's later)
I found that the S-Class is the one initiating the "error".
When I choose the Porpoise-Class sub I don't get the error and every thing works fine.
Has anyone els had or is having the same problem?
Mod's installed (in order):
TMO 1.52
#1 PE 3
#2 PE 3 Spec. Effects TMO
#3 PE 3 Submarine bubbles and.. stuff
#4 PE 3 Ship Debris
#5 Real reflections
#6 PE 3 Patch for TM
ROW environmental (only the scene.dat file)
Note:
Removing the ROW Environmental scene.dat doesn't affect the out come either.
Going to do some more testing tomorrow.. i.e. look if any other sub gives me the same problem and remove all PE and see what happens.
If anyone has any ideas plz...
Greetz,
