REQ Beard Growth on Crew

Since I've seen quite a few different crew uniform skins, could this be taken one step further to create beard growth on the crews.

Basically there could be 4 different lengths of beard growth. So when the crew goes out to sea, their faces will be cleanly shaven. Let's say a week goes by and the next iteration of beard growth skin kicks in. A second week goes by and the next skin showing more beard growth kicks in and so on.

Is a mod like this possible?

For each beard stage you would have to reload the game which would be a pain.
I've had just the one step from none to full beards.
1 stage was no problem, after patrolling my sector I'd "save game", load up Sh3Gen get orders, then give them full beards, actually worked well if you don't mind instant beards. But I think its more realistic than coming home clean shaven.

I use it with GWX 1.3/2.0/2.1 and with LSH 3 it works fine and looks great.

wow kewl mod !!
also i noticed that all the members of the crew look to be about 30 - 40 yrs old .
which is in accurate.. lots of them were very young like 16 - 25 yrs old..only the hi ranking officers were middle age..
can someone redo there looks to make them younger ???

Is it possible to make that only random number in crew would have to have beard, but not everyone ? :)
