Sorry, there is not mod here for the crew health.
I never heard of problems like this.

Don't put yourself in bad situations, and you won't have to worry about crew health.

Maybe you should install patches:)? I had the same problem with health - crew just were dying! After 1.3 everything was ok:) so if you did not install these ones better try them:cool:

I had to reinstall sh4 after a comp crash. I had a mod that kept the fatigue level up and kept the crew more efficient. It also included tweak for the proximity of the torpedo detonation. Lost it and cant seem to find it. Like I said, guess I'll have to change tactics a bit. I do like the challenge though, of taking on a destroyer with my deck gun. They usually win but that's what a save button is all about.
