In real life this ship was torpedoed and sunk by german planes in 1941.

Very nice ship. It reminds me a little bit of the "SS Leopoldville", or the two-stack liner from Aces of the Deep.

First ingame screen: bugs with wakes and flag are visible, but easy to solve.
Is the skin correct or not? (for experts)

It's mostly correct. Maybe you should remove the brown trim from the superstructure - I have never seen a hospital ship with anything other than a white superstructure. Also, if possible the crosses should be shortened so they are as symmetrical as possible IMO.

If line change from green to red apparantly right. Ship was sunk during war and have write about pointing like hospital ship. In after deck need place large horisontal red cross. Deck is white also.

Red line and no wood on walls for now are ready; flag position and wakes are ok;
I'll use my fantasy for realistic bridges colors and red cross position O_O

I think the line should be green (unless there is information that this particular ship had a red line). IIRC regulations say that the hull band must be green.

Also placed a couple of "weapons" nodes; i've occuped them with searchlights (near the stern)

American hospital ships have red crosses only without line total

Japanese hospital ships during WWII have green line in all ships.

Sorry, Awa Maru not have line total and have white crosses in green places.

Wait first soviet merchant ship for game! And as you see in foto - ship in speed not smoking, so have diesels.

Teplokhod - is ship with diesel engine
Parokhod - is steam ship

It's from russian mean.

When I live in Severomorsk I see smoke from Diesel during starting and high lelel powerful from cold diesels and after long work diesels and need repair diesels. It's all smoke from diesels what I see.

In USSR have many ships with diesel engine before WWII, so steam turbines need for navy - for merchant ships prefer projected with diesels. Diesels made in USSR was in navy and civil shipbuilding. For example all tankers Lenin class have diesels. Soviet passenger ships Abkhazia class also have diesels.

Explains how to alter the 4 different types of smoke ingame
