I am working on a IJN Campaign. It load fine, assigns a mission from my data. I can leave the base. do nothing, return to base and get assigned another mission. (If I do it too much I get relieved of command)
Problem: If I actually go on the mission and complete it and sink ships then return to base, get my medal, it won't assign another mission. If I click on the map the game brings up the paper types the date and then types "Error: No mission objectives found".
The missions are listed in each Flotilla.upc and in the Patrol Objectives.cfg and will work the first time but don't work after completing a mission.
I went to "My document" in the "RichSavedGames" folder and found the last one with the dateandtime.sh4save and clicked on it and SH4 started and it assigned a mission near Luzon. I do not have any missions with Luzon in the name so apparently it is reverting back to using the original missions and none of my flotillas have those missions available.
Any ideas on what I am doing wrong or what I missed?
Any help greatly appreciated.

Zip the following follows up and post them at filefront and I'll look at them for you
From UCPCampagindata
CareerStart.upc
Flotillas.upc
PatrolObjectives.cfg
by the way your problem is in the Flotillas.upc in the "Flotilla X.UserPlayerUnitType X.Objective X" section

Thanks Lurker, there are on filefront:

Appreciate it, I'm missing something just don't see it.
EDIT: I just looked over where you said the problem was and found in the Flotilla one of the IDs was wrong, would this cause it not to find any objectives? I did a "one mission" test and it worked ok. If you think that is the problem it will save you the trouble of checking the files. I'm sure you are quite busy with your own stuff. Don't know why I didn't see it before, because I did a copy and paste of the missions so I double checked the #s and the IDs, but I missed one.
If you have the time I wouldn't mind if you checked them for other 'stupid' mistakes but if you think the problem is solved I thank you for your offer of help!!!
I sure have found a great appreciation for what you modders do!!!! This Campaign is to go with the Sen Toku that I made playable, I had no idea how many files are in there and how hard they are to find and figure out what they do.

I think your problem is the way you have structured your objective codes. You are currently using the following:
ObjectiveCode= JP Philippines
Would recommend
ObjectiveCode= JPPhilippines
Or
ObjectiveCode= JP_Philippines
I found that you need to have ObjectiveCodes that are “one word”
Also you have a large number of ObjectiveCodes that all start with “JP” and then a space. I think the system is confused with that type of structure

I will give that a try, thank you. I did post an edit above on a mistake that I found. This stuff can be very frustrating as I am finding out. Good thing I like a challange.:lol:. Appreciate your help, I get on it and see how it goes. The reason the code is JP : It is a Japanese Campaign and I didn't mess up and have the same name as an objective that is already in the game, becuse the dates and locations will most likely be different.

Oh ya... I guess Lurker knows this, when he is sitting in front of his computer with good old win 95 style (best one ever built), and adding 1000 convoys on the map of the cheap, but good working mission editor, for giving us the best campaign ever built.
