Thanks for sharing, Fish, good video! Funny enough... I recorded a copy of this "Weapons Races" series off the TV not too long ago but I forgot I had it :o anyway, I'll watch your version instead :)
LoBlo, there's a couple of ways of doing it, not to mention installing Firefox extensions like videodownloader and such (I don't recommend it); so this is probably the easiest method: Open up another window/tab in your browser and direct it to keepvid.com (http://keepvid.com). Then copy and paste the URL with your vid in the box and click "Download". It doesn't always work (try and view the video alone without any extraneous tabs and borders). I find flash videos almost never save in .avi format anymore, but at least the .mp4 format is almost as good, especially if you like watching videos on your iPod (like I'm going to with this one as soon as it finishes downloading, thanks again ;)).
PS: I almost forgot to say that the "keepvid method" didn't work with this video (it works best with youtube or google video hosted files), but luckily enough with this "guba.com" video you can click on where it says "-Select Download Format-" and save it that way.
Cheers,
Clive
