[Req]Periscope Pictures

Is there a mod or can someone make a mod that will allow you to take pictures through the periscope anytime you wish complete with crosshairs like we see in the WWII books. I know I could take screenshots but I dont want that cause then I have 50% of the screenshot with data I dont need.

Just looking for a simple mod that will allow me to take pictures through the periscope, any time I wish.

What do you all think about it?
