Those versions of ROW and TM are OLD, my friend. If you have the U-Boat add-on, check the stickies for the latest versions of TM and Pacific Environments (or PE). Bear in mind, though, that TM now ships with another graphics enhancement mod, the Environmental mod (or EE), also in the Stickies. I'm not very fond of total realism, so I haven't checked out RFB yet, and I use only the parts of TM I like. What I can tell you, with all certainty, is that both are extremely well-made mods. My advice to you is to try them both. :yep: First one, then the other.
