Help please - removal of VIIc41 Liferaft Blisters

Hi Karleuns,

I am trying to revert back to a basic grey skin (Fubar's Das Boot) after running VIIc41 with the dark grey (cobalt) skin. I have managed to get the Das Boot skin but I cannot get rid of those liferaft blisters. Can anyone advise how I remove the blisters please? Your advice appreciated.

False Alarm Karleuns,

Apologies for wasting your time. I have just managed to get rid of the blisters, I have no idea how but they are now gone. Thanks and lots of respect to all you modders who make this sim what it is today FANTASTIC :D.

This may be a dumb question but are you running SH3 Cmdr? If so, you might be able to perform a roll-back. If not then the only thing that I can suggest is to back up your mods then uninstall & reinstal your game. It's a pretty drastic solution but it will solve your problem. The same thing happened to me once before. I forgot :oops: to roll-back the game before uninstalling Cobalt's mod and couldn't get the game to revert to the default skin. Fortunately SH3 Cmdr now has an "auto roll-back" feature.:up:

if you are running GWX did you remember to unable the GWXVIIC41 as player sub this will make the game run the default VIIC that has not got the liferaft blisters:hmm:
