best mod to reduce jap air

i have 1.5 only. overrun by up to 5 jap planes at a time, cant travel to port, what mod reduces (alot) the # of jap air, without making the game any harder than it is ( im still learning and its pleanty hard for me!) thanks

I can quickly make a file that will take out air attacks, period. This will also apply to your air units. The skies will be clear. If you want?
