hi i was wondering how i can find the convoy routes in rsrdc how do look them up in the files in the sh4 directory can someone help along with the task forces as well i know you can use notepad and stuff but where do i look

rsrdc is based in historical reality so anything on ww2 shipping traffic will give you ideas where and when to find the shipping lanes at that point in time.

google ww2 shipping lanes and there you have it.

SRD will notify you when Japanese resupply forces are approaching. Kind of helpful if you are nearby but it hinges on you being assigned to the right area at the right time.

The Japanese didn't really use the convoy concept much during the war for their merchant shipping, opting for individual ships instead. If there are convoys at all they will be few and far between I am guessing since Lurker uses actual departure / destination records for many of the tardets.

If you open the mission editor and snoop around a bit you should be able to find the information you seek. I prefer to just patrol my area and rely on the fog of war to help me "find 'em, chase 'em, sink 'em' - :up:
