req: u-boat load screen

I have 2 installations of SH4 - one for the American subs and one for the German U-boats. But the load screen for both installations is from Trigger Maru Overhaul. TMO's screen is great for the American boats, but not so hot for the u-boat installation. Any ideas? I have considered using the u-boat add-on load screen, but how do I do it without screwing things up?

Are you just asking how to change the boot screen with your own graphic?

no, I was thinking more about maybe the u-boat add-on load screen or something like it. But that disappeared when I installed Trigger Maru. I have TM's load screen on both my installations but I only want to keep it on the American installation, not the German. Can I either change the load screen back or does anybody out there have anything else suitable for the German load screen?
Sorry if this seems like a stupid question. All help appreciated.
