need help changing the captains desk photos

i noticed a few posts about changing the captains desk photo to one of your own choosing so i did and it was very easy to do but i was also interested in replacing the larger picture "crew management" so i would like to ask if anyone knows how to replace that photo as well?

That pic is part of the blahblahblah\Data\Textures\TNormal\tex\mapa07.dds texture (upper right corner). When it's mapped onto the 3d object in the office, it's mirrored horizontally, though. It's also in the ...TLowRes\tex folder (same name, in both DDS and TGA formats).
