quest about gwx 2.1 and damage

hi
during last patrol i engaded a dd and after a while he dc me causing damage at propeler and stern tubes(they became red) i put the damage tean to fix but in a sec
all sub parts became red...... and dead.
the quest is if had been any changes at damage system from gwx 2.0 to 2.1

nik112: I think had this as well, watched in external cam during DC attack and the DC decended almost on top of the stern compartment - and all eqpt destroyed but no game end screen. Assigned repair team but just as i assigned them 2-3 seconds after impact all occupants of compartment inc repair team dead :dead: then death screen. I believe it is because the compartment its self is destroyed / breached not just the equipment, which almost certainly would have spelt doom for boat and crew - fairly realistic really.

I am an expert at destroying my boat, as I have lost more subs than any other Kaleun alive. P-B is correct. :sunny:
