More than one year ago Silent Hunter 4 was released. We all know in what condition Silent Hunter was when first played.

Now after four patches and one addon, Silent Hunter 4 has become thanks to the modders a solid and atmospheric submarine simulation.

Just to mention some great mods:

- Trigger Maru

- RSRD Campaign

- Real Fleet Boat

- Pacific Enviroment

- ROW

And many more!!!

So I just wanted to thank all the modders who invested a lot of time and work!!!!!!

I second that

They sure have added immensely to the sim :rock:

Lots of their own valuable time spent doing their black-art

Modders to me are selfless people, Where else would you find people willing to sacrifice their time (lots and lots of it) and put in so much effort for us lesser mortals to enjoy with only wanting a Thankyou as payment or just a bit of encouragement or recognition :up:

If more on this planet had a similar outlook the world would be a better place for sure

This community is unique in all its aspect. Gentle, skillful and united, the people that evolve around here amaze me every day with their maturity and good language.

I also play Company of heroes, a RTS game, and the community is nothing but mediocre.
