I would like to have a crew with brown uniform ("jackets") for officers...and blue uniform for sergeants and sailors.

No, it's a bad thing for SUBSIM. There has been to much SH3 vs. 4 in these forums, time to move on. I know you're kidding..... but what you posted above regarding 4 is a little to direct. Nothing wrong with liking one or the other, however there is no need to bash the one you don't play or necessarily like.

The above aside, I am sure someone will come along and help you with the mod your seeking.
I am not exactly sure myself.

I don't know if this is what you're looking for, but it never hurts to have every mod you can.

If you like the way these look, follow the instructions in the readme, and place
"01_OFF_Body01_D" in 'Body01/OFF_TGA'. Then change the name of "04_OFF_Body01_D" to "01_OFF_Body01_D" and put it in 'Body01/POS_TGA. You should then have the brown jacket on the officers and the blue ones on the rest.
