Gwx 2.0 & 2.1

I have never installed these. I have DLed both of them and had a quick question.

Correct me if I am wrong but it i smy understanding that GWX is focused on realism .


My daughter is 8 and really loves playing SH3. I like it with all the bells whistles and salt applied


Question: Can you still set the game with lower levels of realism ?

Yep you can.

Difference is the AI Destroyers and such are MUCH improved (as well as the game being more immersive as a whole) so while she wont notice much a difference controlling the sub or shoot torpedos, she wont be able to get away from the enemy as easily (especially after 1942).

Oh and btw... love the name... John Valby RULES :)

Set the realism settings through the start up menu.
I sometimes get all the way up to 46%

Then I get whacked.
Try it at the lowest setting for her.
You might be surprised at how fast she makes you look bad.

"Man" (errr, yeah) the ships with women and children instead :arrgh!:

as to realism, she apparently knows how to run the sub, and that hasn't changed, so I guess it's worth enabling a few realism options, learn the tactics the right way first time
