[REL] Update for GWX2 Alternate SFX Pack.

Hi, the mixer file for the GWX2 Alternate SFX Pack was based on GWX 2.0, has now been updated to version 2.1 and includes settings for Rubini's Life Boats & Debris Mod:

Disable either the AlternateSFXPackForGWX2_2b or AlternateGWX2EnhancedDamageEffectsSound mod, which ever you are using & copy the new sh3.sdl file to that mods data\Sound folder & re-enable mod.:yep:
Edit: Now includes Lifeboat & DC Shake.
