Sub crashes upon startup

When the patrol starts the sub crashes to the floor of the ocean! I know this is somehow related to a wrong data item in one of the weather mods, but I can't find the solution. Help! I apologize for not saving the corrective information when I encountered this about two months ago, but...I need the solution again. As I recall it required one to make sure a numeric value was not set at zero, but I do not recall where that value was. This time (believe it) I'll save the answer...and delete the weather mod.

Sorry about the query. Found the answer buried in a old forum message: the problem lies in the following:

data\campaigns\campaign\campaign_SCR/__RND/_LND.mis

One must change the WindSpeed from zero (0) to some other number like one (1).

Sorry to waste anyone's time with this, but took me a bunch of time to dig into the forum to find my old question and the answer.
