I've just niticed that German pre-war ironclads like KM Schleswig-Holstein looks rather similar to rarely used Greek BC Averov presented in GWX. It would be nice if somebode would add her to German Roster and edit campaign to add her to German operations, traffic and harbours. New unit with edited 3d model wouyld be awesome!

I would actualy love to see that ship in the game. Would be good fun. Saldy i cant create such things! but im sure some of the very talented modders out there would like to give it a try:up:

In museum? Not at All they were in active service throught WW2 and they would be a nice eye candy at harbours and costal convoys and task groups. And the first operation of WW2 would be much greater along with her.

Actually, I am just offering the idea since I am not experienced with 3d modelling. If someone would like to make her I could help with hex editing.

Correct.. we also wanted to make a SH model into WAC3.0 because we rebuilt the whole Westernplatte and the start actions of ww2, but unfortunately we had no 3D modeller for ships. :damn:

Not very impressed with the ingame screenshot of the Averof in the first post.....some bugga forgot to disable the fps and even left the cursor mid screen :nope:
I am linking Auk Class idea here too. It doesn't requires as much work as Schleswig-Holtschtein. And it is much easy to follow both topics in oe thread.

Well, I am looking for a 3d moder who would like help me to make a new unit. Look at these two ships below:
The first one is PCE class or Trawler as it is prsented in vaniala SHIII

You can see that the only difference between them is their lenghth Auk iclass is 11 meters longer. Thus a new unit can be achieved just by adding a section of the proper size. I could change the model by myself, but I will hardly coupe with wakes, rudder mirror etc.
