SH4 to SH3 layout

I just got SH4 and because Im used to the layout of SH3 I find it really difficult to find what I need. Are there any mods out there that would help with this.

Actually, yes! In a way. The Trigger Maru keyboard layout is much like SH3 and can be downloaded from my lair here (http://files.filefront.com/Alternate+Key+Bindings7z/;9762884;/fileinfo.html). I added shift-i for officer identify target. JSGME ready.

Whats needed is an OLC makeover....he's done wonders for the SH3 GUI.

I don't want to sound like a broken record, but I would like to reiterate what he said. When I first got SH4 I was very used to SH3's layout as well. I couldn't navigate my way around if I were in a pond. Once I got used to it, I like it a lot better. Before to long you'll be sinkin Jap merchies in no time.:arrgh!:

I had the exact same worry, I'm not using TM now, and I hate switching keyboard keys just for no reason.

So I found this mod (luckily there seems to be always someone who does it before me!) http://files.filefront.com/Alternate+Key+Bindings7z/;9762884;/fileinfo.html in this thread about keyboard layouts (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=135947&highlight=keyboard) which does exactly what you (and I!) want.
