I've used the mini tweaker program with sh3 and 4, just recently wondered if any of the new subs, or weapons have a file to use in mini tweaker yet ?

It's called S3D. Do a search for threads started by skwasjer and you'll find it.

I was creating Tweaker files for 1.5 but then I switched to the Silent 3ditor to help simplify my work.
